How do I know that my order has been processed?
After validation of payment, then you will get a notification (either via email or sms) that your product has been processed.

How do I cancel my order?
You may cancel your order (via email or sms) within 1x24 hours after your order has been validated

How do I make a payment?
Payment can be via transfer to an account

Will I get a proof of payment?
You will get a receipt that is sent along with the items ordered.

How did the method for sending and how long?
The product you ordered will be sent directly to the address you specify a maximum of 24 hours after the order is validated. We use courier services (third party) the dispatch items.
Item will be arrive max 2 days for Surabaya region. And Maximum 3 days for Java. and maximum 7 days for outside Java and Overseas.

What kind of return or exchange rules of your product?
You can send the product back to our address, all shipping cost will be our responsibility and you will get a new product if found defective due to production and shipping errors
